GARNER BORNSTEIN, CEO, is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of creating successful companies in the world of disruptive technology. He founded his last company, Generation Net, in 1994, long before the Internet was a household word, and sold it in 1999. In conjunction with the acquisition, Garner became CEO of the publicly traded firm that bought his company and oversaw more than 500% growth in shareholder value before leaving to co-found his next venture, Airborne Entertainment with long-time friend and colleague, Andy Nulman. In June of 2005, Airborne was sold to Cybird Co. Ltd. of Japan for $110 million.

ANDY NULMAN, President and CMO, is the undisputed “Entertainment” in Airborne Entertainment. Since co-founding the Company in 2000, he has secured partnerships with some of North America’s largest consumer brands. Mr. Nulman is perhaps best known for his 15-year tenure as CEO of Montreal’s renowned Just For Laughs International Comedy Festival. While there, he successfully transformed Just For Laughs from a two-day festival to a month-long cultural happening, attracting over 2 million visitors per year and achieving over $25 million in annual revenue. NANCIE WIGHT, COO, has spent over 20 years in communications and entertainment and has played a central role at Airborne Entertainment since its inception. Initially filling the role of Executive Producer and VP Programming, Nancie executive-produced over 100 mobile applications and was instrumental in bringing some of Airborne’s first big brands on-board, including Disney, HBO, and Maxim Magazine. As EVP of Strategic Partnerships, she leveraged her creative marketing skills and relationship management expertise to heighten visibility and up-take of Airborne product with North america’s leading carriers. More recently, as EVP Sales and Distribution, Nancie oversaw the entire sales and distribution effort, driving revenue through strong relationship management and creative merchandising. As COO, Nancie is responsible for overseeing overall day-to-day business operations and setting strategic goals for the Company. She also supervises product, technology development, as well as sales, business initiatives and legal affairs.

RHONA A. SELICK, VP Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary, is an attorney with over 25 years experience focusing primarily on corporate, commercial, licensing and intellectual property matters with Canadian-based publicly traded corporations. Since joining Airborne Entertainment in 2004, Rhona has applied her communications background and professional expertise to such matters as content licensing, corporate transactions, and a number of other activities associated with a rapidly growing mobile entertainment corporation. She holds both an LL.L and LL.B and is working towards her MBA. Ms Selick is also a licensed mediator.

ION VALASKAKIS, VP Business Development, comes to Airborne Entertainment after 6 years in Europe, where he worked for Vodafone, the world's largest mobile phone company. In that role, Ion had global responsibility for Entertainment content strategy and acquisition, and was part of the team that launched Vodafone Live. He specialized in licensing and managing mobile content developed from media brands, and he negotiated Vodafone's global partnerships with Warner Brothers, Disney, and Sony Pictures as well as their multi-year agreement with the James Bond film franchise. He is currently responsible for leading Airborne's worldwide licensing activities. A native of Montreal, Ion has lived and worked in London, Paris and Washington, DC and holds an undergraduate degree from McGill University, a Master's Degree from the University of Western Ontario as well as an MBA from London Business School.

LANCE VIEIRA, VP Sales, founded and served as President of Cellus USA, Inc. which was acquired by Airborne Entertainment in December of 2004. Cellus was a pioneering company in the North American mobile application market focusing on direct to consumer applications, ringback content & management technology since 2001. Lance is a serial entrepreneur who brings over 20 years of executive and business development experience in digital media, telecommunication enhanced services, e-commerce, IVR, Internet, and premium billing for companies like DELL, AT&T, ICG, Frontier Communications and several entities under the Anschutz Corporation.

KIM SENN, VP Product, Considered a veteran of the wireless industry, Kim has spent over six years in mobile product development and distribution. Kim will apply that widespread expertise to her role as Vice-President of Product Development at Airborne where she will be responsible for the management, development, and strategy implementation of all current and new product lines. Prior to arriving at Airborne, Kim spent over six years at Disney as Director of Production & Operations. Before that she held various product strategy and operational positions with leading telecom companies such as MCI and Cable & Wireless.
