Logistics Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY The Operations Department’s purpose is to keep on the leading edge of technology and customer service and as member of this Team, the Logistics Coordinator’s role is to provide overall logistics support to customers/distributors (carriers).
The goal of the position is to plan, coordinate and monitor Logistics in processing submissions/requests to final delivery to customer of Company products.
This is a full-time position based in Montreal, Quebec.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Submissionso Complete submission forms for Company Products as per Carriers’ requests
o Process submission in prioritizing as per schedule, deadlines, etc…
o Communicate with relevant external & internal parties of process progress
o Create tools for adequate submission scheduling
• Files & Imageso Ensure name, size & quality of images are accurate and satisfactory
o Submit (Wallpaper/screensavers/Ringtones/Game) Files onto carrier’s platform
o Liaise with QA team to fix build/application
o Update databases/spreadsheets accordingly
• Tracking & Reportingo Verify & update spreadsheets on a weekly basis, re : submissions, launched & failed items
REQUIREMENTS
• Business Administration training/ 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or work experience
