Bitchin' Kitchen Cooks Up Hot Accolade With Debut Wave Award for Favorite Mobile Comedy Series

LOS ANGELES, CAFebruary 25, 2008 — Airborne Entertainment Inc. announced today that its exclusive mobile video series, Bitchin’ Kitchen, has been named The Wave Awards’s 2007 Favorite Mobile Comedy Series, by the Academy of Wireless Arts, Video and Entertainment. Now available on TELUS in Canada, and Verizon Wireless in the US, Bitchin’ Kitchen stars domestic rockabilly-licious Nadia G. who takes a tongue-in-cheek look at today’s squeaky-clean cooking show by throwing together (real!) theme-based recipes for real-life situations, such as “One Night Stand Breakfast” for that consummate serial dater or “Single-Life Salmon” as a fun alternative for the Mac ‘n Cheese enthusiast.

“Bitchin’ Kitchen is hilarious and a big hit with our voters,” said Kip Hartman, Executive Director of the Academy of Wireless Arts, Video and Entertainment, sponsor of the Wave Awards. “Nadia G. is laugh-out-loud funny as she cooks up great recipes, but does it in a way that makes you a little nervous that she has access to sharp knives.”

Bitchin’ Kitchen is the latest addition to Airborne’s Videotic channel, which brings hard-hitting, independent comedy shorts and cool viral video exclusively to mobile phones. Each Bitchin’ Kitchen clip runs 60-90 seconds in length and features a dash of comedy, a pinch of rock n’ roll and a whole lot of attitude.

Bitchin’ Kitchen is available through Airborne’s Videotic comedy channel on TELUS’ Video Downloads service in Canada and Verizon Wireless’s VCast video service in the US.
